I wanted to take a moment to thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty.  Your extra effort enabled us to complete our classroom installations ahead of schedule.  Considering your pricing is much better than any comparable mounts, we expected a catch...somewhere.  Of course there was no catch and we are all extremely happy with the serviec, and especially the quality and ease of installation of your projector mounts.  We will be contacting you at the end of may when we update the other 12 classrooms we spoke about.

...After purchasing a $40 mount online, we soon realized that you get what you pay for.  It was cheaply made and although it would probably work, it was not very well designed (very cheap looking) we had little confidence in it.  We ended up having to pay to send it back and loosing about 2 weeks of up time.  I can't tell you how nice it was to be able to deal with the great people at your company.  Not only did we get our money's worth with our purchase, we got customer support that was worth much more than that.

As I briefly mentioned, I was very impressed on how easy it was to install our Perfectmount.  From the time, I opened the box… it took about 15 minutes and I was ready to get the ladder and mount our projector, which also was a very easy process.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the experience I had in purchasing a projector mount from your company.

My wife and I purchased a BenQ PB 6100 projector a few weeks ago and after using it on the coffee table a few times, we realized that we needed a better solution.  We shopped around for a while and after seeing your site, we purchased a 2000 series mount, a false ceiling adapter and an extension kit.  Five days later, we received the equipment (quite surprised it was so quick). I'm not much of a handyman, and when I first looked at the the parts, I was a little lost.  I immediately called your toll free number and begged for help.  Withing 3 minutes (and a big "Oh, I get it") I knew what I was doing.  I had everything installed in less than 30 minutes (minus the cabling) and it looks great!

What we are trying to say is thanks for a great product, and for not making me feel like I was wasting your time.  Your customer service is something to be desired.
